Tartu Culture Cup is a new and exciting football festival held in the second biggest city of Estonia during the peak of the summer. The festival aims to bring together international participants to celebrate football, summer, and friendship.
Our motivation is to show that football is so much more than just a game – it’s a culture!

Most active and buzzing period of Tartu summer
The event time is carefully chosen to enhance the festival experience for everybody. Beginning of August is the most active and buzzing period of Tartu summer as the city hosts a variety of events. There is lot to do and see in one of the oldest cities in the Baltic region and compact format of the festival allows visitors to fully enjoy their time in Tartu.
Football is nothing without fans!
The first Tartu Culture Cup was held last year, and we hope to create an annual tradition with the festival. This year we also welcome girls’ teams to the event, as one of our core values is equality and we truly believe that football is for everybody. We also invite all the teams to bring along their “support armies” – the best fans will receive special honours. Football is nothing without fans!
